General terms and conditions

•	Orders from any country are welcome.
•	Delivery to outside of the European Union (EU) goes at your risk because of missing CITES or phytosanitary papers (organizationally reasons). All parcels will be send with registered airmail. For lost parcels (deliveries outside EU) no replacements will be done.
•	The plants were delivered without pot and substrate!
•	The normal delivery time is three weeks after ordering, but in spring it could take longer. Please note!
•	Claims within 8 days after receipt of delivery.
•	No substitutes (other numbers) will be delivered automatically, except for other price categories of the same number, if the ordered one is sold out. Please indicate, if you want substitutes (if available), and if they should be only the same species or also the same locality!
•	The plants will not be send before payment is done. If the plants are not paid within 10 days the order will be cancelled, individual agreements are possible.

Europe:	€ 10 for Euro 1 – 70 value of goods, else 15% on value of goods
World:	€ 12 for Euro 1 – 50 value of goods, else 25% on value of goods

-	Transfer to my bank account (IBAN, BIC):	no extra fee
-	Transfer to my bank account (international):	+ € 5
-	Money or international postal money order:	no extra fee
-	PayPal (supports credit cards) Please add 4% to total value (e.g. € 100 * 1.04 = € 104 including PayPal fee)	+ 4% fee

Notice

Beside the offer in the online shop we have some items which are not listed there because of low numbers, you can buy in the greenhouse. We are open only after telephonically appointment. Visiting of coaches, please make appointment in advance.
