General terms and conditions

•	Only orders from the Online Shop will be accepted and prepared, no orders from other sources.
•	Orders from any country are welcome.C
•	Delivery to outside of the European Union (EU) needs a phytosanitary certificate, cost are €75 currently. All parcels will be sent with DHL parcel service (with tracking). For lost parcels (deliveries outside EU) no replacements will be done.
•	The plants were delivered without pot and substrate!
•	The normal delivery time is three weeks after ordering, but in spring it could take longer. Please note!
•	Claims within 8 days after receipt of delivery.
•	No substitutes (other numbers) will be delivered automatically, except for other price categories of the same number, if the ordered one is sold out. Please indicate, if you want substitutes (if available), and if they should be only the same species or also the same locality!
•	The plants will not be send before payment is done. If the plants are not paid within 10 days the order will be cancelled, individual agreements are possible.

- Germany:	€ 8
- only EU:	15% on value of goods, at least € 15
- other countries of the world and NON-EU:	20% on value of goods, at least € 20

-	Transfer to my bank account (IBAN, BIC):	no extra fee
-	Transfer to my bank account (international):	+ € 10
-	Money or international postal money order:	no extra fee
-	PayPal (supports credit cards) Germany: 2% European Union (EU): 4% Europe and other countries (e.g. China): 5.5%	+ 2% till 5.5% fee

Max1 plants are excluded from discount.
You get the highest discount (order OR year discount) if applicable.

Notice

We only ship plants which are listed in the online shop. Please do not ask for other plants not listed. The shown pictures in the webshop are mostly from mature plants to show how they will grow when they become adult. There is a possibility on request, to get a photo from the order, before mailing!

We are open only after telephonically appointment. Visiting of coaches, please make appointment in advance.
